On Course Foundation (OCF) is a 501(c)3 organization in the US (oncoursefoundationusa.org) and a registered charity in the UK (oncoursefoundation.com) that offers servicemen, women and veterans in both countries the opportunity to participate in golf, in order to help restore self-confidence and provide a sense of purpose after injury. OCF aims to help its members learn the game of golf and find employment in the golf industry.

OCF offers monthly, nationwide, golf skills and employment training events where attendees receive golf skills tuition from accredited teaching professionals and employment advice from an array of sectors within the golf industry. OCF then facilitates practical training to achieve industry-specific qualifications and assists in providing work experience placements and full-time employment opportunities in the golf and related industries.

Endorsed by the R&A, and formerly with the late Arnold Palmer as a Patron, OCF has a growing number of injured members, most of whom had never played golf before their injury. OCF has secured full-time employment for ex-Servicemen in the golf industry in the US and the UK, and has many more undertaking work experience placements.
